9 Dr Steve Field

Steve holds a BSc (hons) in Agriculture specialising in Farm Animal Science from The University of Reading and Ph.D from The University of Reading investigating the effects of gender and nutritional regime on the development of profitable beef systems.

He has worked extensively throughout all areas of the farming industry including managing a 200 head Holstein dairy farm on a 6 week calving pattern .

10 Alex Markham

As well holding a directorial position with my family farm – a 200 acre diversified community farm and conservation area in Hampshire – I also hold a research MA in Post-Industrial Agriculture, a taught MSc in Business Strategy, Politics and the Environment, and a BSc in Biological Sciences, with a focus on ecological economics. I lecture in sustainable business and economics for students from a range of land-based subjects.
